Today, I learnt how to interact with the programme of Premiere Pro, by taking a video from internet and giving it a dynamically transitions and changes of colour to the scenes. I learnt to cut a video, how to speed it up and how to slow it down, This was a class of a basic interaction with the programme.

Today, I had to choose which would be my track for the music video. basically, I had to drop it from logic into the programme of premiere pro, to create the audio of the video.

Also, I had to decide which kind of video clip I would like to work on. At this time, I did not know what I basically wanted to do. But, anyhow I downloaded a video from the internet from the movie "Coco" which means "coconut" and it is a movie from Disney which was performed for the first time this year. I had a curiosity about how it could be to work with animated videos.

For this music video, I have been trying to edit a video from the internet called " Un poco loco" from the movie COCO, which It is an animation film. This is with the purpose of learning how to get a better improvement and advance with the Premiere Pro.

Today, I added some automation effects and also some transitions. Also, I used some automation with a change of colour of the video.

Today, I was learning about how to play more videos at the same. Also, I was putting more videos that are played at the same time in different sizes. Today I am not focusing on the colour or the synchronisation, I am focusing more on the order and dynamic of the video to change it completely.

Today, I am focusing on the colour of the video. I am trying to get a different kind of colour with the blues and the oranges. Anyhow, I am using some dynamic with the fading of the colour to play with it, to see what effects I get from it. Always is good to interact with that it is unknown and you will learn all of it at the end. That is what I am doing for now.

At this point, I have not done anything about the project that I want to achieve. Somehow, I have planned to learn everything I think I need to make the target video that I really wish. However, I know that this is a risk for my deadline day to finish everything.

I usually, I had to be writing a process of what I have to change about my video, but the video with that I have been working on, It is not the video that I want for my project, therefore, I will start thinking about what it what I really want.

My real project is to make a video of my own song. The idea is to use the environment of the street in London, the underground station, some parks and rehearsal room from Westminister Kingsway College. I really want to do it as well as possible but I probably do not have too much time to achieve that. However, I really need to find my quick way of finishing the video.

However, I have recorded some stuff in some places in London, I need to start to edit my video based on all the stuff that I learnt still now and applying it. At least, now I have an idea about what I really want to do.

The following video is made based on the music, whose song is called Perfect performed by the singer Ed Sheeran, and in this case, It is a cover played by me and produced by me in a slower beat and with harmonies more soft and romantic. This song is based on finding the perfect love and in realising itself with this love in the future.

The content of the video was not planned nor was it recorded as a short film in relation to the song. However, one Saturday morning (the 24th of February to be exact), I left in the company of a college colleague, who set out to be part of the recording process.

First of all, the idea of this video was given thanks to the spontaneous creativity that evokes the environment of nature and the diversity of birds that were in the park where we were. In addition, my first ideas were to start recording myself walking and other times recording myself interacting with the park birds.

In the development of the recording, there was not a clear idea of what was wanted to be recorded and in what way they were going to fit into the music. As the music is based on finding the perfect love, I thought it would be good to include my partner in the video, which she appears recording something with her camera, which was unexpected for her. But, I think that all was so spontaneous that even it made it look very natural and romantic.

During the process of editing the video, I began to synchronise the song with each scene. Also, it occurred to me to insert some scenes where I'm doing lipping to contrast it more as a music video and also to make it more dynamic and artistic.

On the other hand, the use of lights was not necessary, nor was the use of specific costumes and paraphernalia because I wanted to be as casual as possible. So that, the context where the recording is developed is very natural and also emphasises with the lyrics of the song. Therefore, the scenes look very natural as if I were having an appointment with her and then it was giving a more romantic atmosphere. That is what also makes the video and the song mix properly transmitting that feeling of love, sweetness, spontaneity and the natural chemistry that exists there between us.

I have to contrast that it was difficult for me to edit the colour in the scenes, so that, each of them contains different colours due to the focus of the sunlight.  In some scenes, I had to remove more blue tones and in others, I had to add more yellow and orange tones to see more similarity between each scene. It should be noted that the scenes where I am "singing", were edited in a way that saw a different effect and contrast. I also found it creative to change context.

Another important point is that in the transitions of the scenes, it can be denoted that in some there is a type of flashing and in others, the transitions with colour changes are noticed. The reason why I insert these transition effects is that it gives a touch of magic and brightness to the video, I think it generates more narrative to the context of what is happening there. For example at the beginning of the video flashing transitions are more noticeable since this allows me to give a better introduction to the first harmonies of the song.

However, the use of slow-mode in some scenes is very noticeable, so that, the song has a very slow rhythm, sometimes it generates better dynamics. On the other hand, also increase the speed of some scenes for the same reason to give more dynamics to the video.

The colour scheme of the graphic content has a good image quality. In my opinion, I think that for my taste, the implementation of variations in the colours of the videos was very useful.

As a music student, I have to admit that for this video it was developed in a short period of time since I did not have a clear idea of what kind of content was going to be the right one for the song. Also, I wanted to use the animated video of Coco's film to learn how to use effects, colour changes, synchronization of scenes with music, automation, cuts of scenes and also the repetition of scenes throughout the video to create dynamics. Maybe, those were not all the guidelines learned with the use of Premiere Pro, but those already mentioned were the most useful since the time to record and edit was so short, I was more easily presented with creativity and speed with the I was able to carry out this video in such a short time.

At his time, I have rendered the video, and I have set up the colour in the scenes to balance it more and to make it look more professional. I have taken out the audio to focus more easily on the weaknesses points where the colour is not balanced and that probably will help me to fix it.
