Easter gig evaluation During the last few weeks at workshop classes, we have been composing a song which involves everyone as well as the technology.  In this performance, we achieved the interpretation of the song, but unfortunately we felt that It could have been better, so that in rehearsals it was more emotional and exiting. However, I think that we did pretty well in this gig, however in rehearsals we had some problems with the changes of key in between the bridges and the chorus. Other remarkable point is that, the singers in the last rehearsals were struggling about the pitch and the tuning of the song but I think that in this gig they did really good. In addition, we had some rehearsals where some of the integrants came and some of them did not. Therefore, that complicated a bit the quality of getting the whole song played properly. Bernhoft who uses the looping on his music to creates the melody in every single instrument. he uses a dynamical and an interesting range of different acoustic instruments, such as the bass, the percussion, the hooks and the second voices. Also, he uses his voice to create repetitive phrases that contain like a Dj effect at the end of the phrase of the hook. He uses the loop pedal very well to create a live recording which is very interesting because he recreates an acoustic kind of instruments just with the guitar and his voices. In addition, he accompanies himself with the guitar giving dynamic to the song, because even when everything is looped is not monotonous and repetitive in the whole song. he really knows how to put in and how to take out the recorded channels a tempo.                       This is a song interpreted by the Singer Reik. which I call a good combination of acoustic and electronic sounds such as the smalls wives played by a synth or electric guitar, I am not sure about It. I really like the effect that the synth or guitar gives in this case. However, I would like to say that It should have more hooks and seconds voices in lower and higher octaves to give more weight. Also, I would like to say that other thing could be that It should have more guitar solos. In addition, I really like the fact that the acoustic guitar always keeps the syncopated strumming. However, it is very monotonous.  The singer always keeps the same range of voice. He should give more dynamic to the vocals such as the increasement of octaves and  vibrato.  I would suggest an improvement of the sound of the guitar, because in the mixing the guitar does not has a good gain. it ...

At this point, I would like to say that I achieved the target of getting the idea that I really wanted for this video. Unfortunately, I have to improve the vocals of the song, and also, I have to improve the tuning and pitch. That is the only thing why  I did not like some parts of the video. However the balance of colour is not completed, I think there are some scenes that do not have a good similie in between colours, so I need to improve that as well. I think that all this kinds of mistakes are part of making things in the lat time. But, anyhow I achieved what I wanted to create such as the atmosphere , the places and the feeling of the context which really fits with the idea of the lyrics in the song. In conclusion, It was a very good experience to record myself and also to put myself in the shoes of an artist who really has all of the professional skills to create a high standard video of competition. Ahora que te vas ( Now that you go) This is Song singed by Christian Daniel, It is a track in 4/4 signature and D major key. The track uses a cinematic sounds on the video to give narrative. This is a song composed by Acoustic instruments and room sound. At the beginning there is an arpeggio of piano, which gives the soft introduction of the song. The vocal is very clear, natural, and very well compressed. I don't identify any Auto-tune in the vocal, the pitch is very controlled and his voice is very soft. 15/Jan/2018 Today, I learnt how to interact with the programme of Premiere Pro, by taking a video from internet and giving it a dynamically transitions and changes of colour to the scenes. I learnt to cut a video, how to speed it up and how to slow it down, This was a class of a basic interaction with the programme. 19/Jan/2018 Today, I had to choose which would be my track for the music video. basically, I had to drop it from logic into the programme of premiere pro, to create the audio of the video.
